Refund Policy.
Clear information for prospective clients about how our project-based creative services are commissioned.
1. No checkout on this site
This website is informational. Visitors cannot purchase a service or pay directly through the website. Following a project inquiry, we may provide an individual written proposal and, where agreed, an invoice or Stripe payment link.
2. Scope and payment terms
Each project proposal or services agreement identifies the scope of work, deliverables, timing, fees, payment milestones and any non-refundable expenses. Work starts under the conditions agreed in writing.
3. Project cancellation
If you wish to cancel or postpone a commissioned project, contact hello@leostudiodesign.it. We will review the agreement, work already completed, approved expenses and any mandatory legal rights that apply.
4. Refund review
Refund eligibility and the amount, if any, depend on the project agreement, the services already delivered, and applicable law. We do not apply an automatic universal refund rule to individually scoped professional services.
5. Issues with work or billing
If there is a concern about an invoice or deliverable, please contact us with the project reference and an explanation. We aim to review requests reasonably and promptly.
6. Mandatory rights
This policy does not override consumer cancellation, withdrawal or other statutory rights where such rights apply.
